Conveyor Belt Longitudinal Tearing and Aging Cracking

The cause of this situation causes:

(1) The conveyor belt is dusted into the sharp-edged objects stuck during operation, and then continue to run will be torn longitudinally.

(2) Friction with fixed hard objects during operation produces tearing.

(3) Tape and frame friction, resulting in edge pulling, cracking.

(4) The surface of the tape is polluted by oil or chemicals.

(5) Tensioning force is too large, the tape is subjected to increased tensile force.

(6) Laying too short to produce the number of deflection exceeds the limit value, early aging.
