Cotton canvas, nylon canvas or polyester canvas is chosen as the core of the belt, and the covering rubber is made of natural rubber and cis-butadiene rubber, which has the characteristics of high elasticity, impact resistance, cold resistance, etc., and it can be used normally under the environment of minus 40℃.
Usage
It is suitable for conveying materials in open air or frozen warehouse in cold area.
1. According to the performance of covering rubber, the cold-resistant conveyor belt is divided into three types: scratch-resistant type (H), abrasion-resistant type (D) and general type (L).
2. According to the cold resistance performance is divided into S1 and S2 two levels. Using environment humidity is -45℃~+50℃; using environment humidity is -60℃~+50℃.
